At Kitch'n Cook'd, we love being a part of this vibrant west-end community, and we are always looking for ways to bring our neighbors together. With the exciting arrival of the Staunton's Farmer’s Market NEW location just blocks away, our neighborhood is the go-to weekend destination.
To celebrate, we are opening up our spacious parking lot and offering a brand-new opportunity for local residents: you can now rent a designated spot to host your very own yard sale! (2026 Rates: $25 per family)

Regular Hours: Saturdays, 7am-12 noon, Apr-Sept
Fall Hours: Saturdays, 8am-12 noon, Oct 1st-Nov 19th

Terms and Conditions
- Space Allocation: Vendor is renting a designated area of the parking lot (as shown on the contract map) solely for the purpose of selling permissible yard sale items. Vendor must keep all items, tables, and displays within their designated boundaries.
- Permitted Items: Vendor agrees not to sell illegal items, weapons, hazardous materials, alcohol, tobacco, or counterfeit goods. Host reserves the right to ask Vendor to remove any items deemed inappropriate.
- Clean-Up & Trash: Vendor is strictly responsible for their own space. By the Teardown Deadline, the space must be completely clear of all items, trash, and debris. Nothing may be left behind.
- Property Damage: Vendor assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the parking lot, striping, fencing, or surrounding property by themselves or their invitees.
- Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the Host. In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances – event can be rescheduled if space/time is available.
- Set up and Tear Down: Yard sale begins and ends same as the Farmer's Market.
- Trash & Waste: Vendor is responsible for cleaning up and hauling away all items. Parking lot must be left in the same condition as when you arrived. Host does not supply any time type of waste receptacles.
- Reservations: Spots are not reserved until payment is made and contact is submitted and approved by Kitch'n Cook'd Office Manager.
